ABOUT Me
I don’t make arbitrary decisions as a designer. My greatest
strengths are versatility and readiness — I land on my feet,
no matter what the challenge.
I am fascinated by work that explores the synergy of both
visual and written communication. My undergraduate degree
involved advanced coursework in professional and creative
writing as well as a strong foundation in graphic design and
conceptual art. I find that this interdisciplinary background
enhances my process, enabling me to see multiple sides of
each unique design challenge.
While my specialty is X/HTML and CSS web design, my
range of experience includes: branding, traditional print design,
advertising and B-to-B marketing (web ads, email blasts, etc),
portrait and documentary photography, exhibit design, Flash and
After Effects animation.
I currently offer freelance design services in Chicago, IL.
